The average size deal ranges from $1m to $25m, most M&A associates make 30% of our fee structure. The firm uses the Lehman Formula a 5-4-3-2-1 ladder, as follows: 

• 5% of the first $1 million
• 4% of the second $1 million
• 3% of the third $1 million
• 2% of the fourth $1 million
• 1% of the fifth million and any amount thereafter
